“Having just returned from a long overseas holiday I had put on some holiday weight and had a major interruption to my usual exercise routine. I was having a lot of trouble getting back into the swing of things.
Since starting small group training, I have been able to incorporate the short training sessions into my busy schedule easily.
I have seen quick results and a significant change in my fitness. Plus I’ve reduced my body fat and I am much more toned now – my smallest pair of jeans fit!
This training has motivated me to eat a lot cleaner, too, as it makes me feel better.
