Mums and Bubs

Return safely to exercise with your bub and meet other mums whilst having a great workout. In a supported and welcoming enviornment, improve cardio fitness, work on tone and strength, and build up core strength.

Open to all, this class is ideal for new mums returning to exercise. Make sure you bring along a towel or exercise/yoga mat and water bottle. Always consult your GP or medical practitioner before undertaking exercise.
