We know that walking into a gym can be intimidating. We've all been there before. The last thing we want is for
you to feel self-conscious when you're running on the treadmill or approaching a new piece of equipment for the first time.
So we only employ female staff members who are – above anything else – friendly and approachable. We’re always walking around
the gym floor, on hand, ready to answer any questions you may have. All you need to do is ask!
All the things you want
We've included all the things you want in a gym: enough cardio machines to go around, a variety of weights,
lots of group fitness classes, online programs, child care facilities,
free breakfast, and of course, squeaky-clean bathrooms stocked with all the essential toiletries for you to use, for free.
And then there are all the little extras, like the free chilled face towels handed out by our team as you train,
and our bi-monthly Fernwood Magazine, free to members.
Programs designed for women
We know women. We know you're busy, and we also know that no two women's bodies are the same. Pear, ruler, apple, banana –
there's a whole fruit salad of different body types out on the gym floor! What works for her may not work for you.
So we've tailored our programs to help you understand your unique shape and how to make the most of it.
Our Food Coaching program delivers one-on-one dietary advice
and personalised meal plans, while our Personal Trainers are trained to deliver
30-minute power strengthening sessions to tone up your trouble areas, leaving you time to get on with the rest of your day.
