Our PT sessions have been designed to give you maximum results in the shortest possible time. Created especially for busy women, our 30-minute strength training sessions use compound exercises, that is, exercises which use more than one muscle at once.

Your Personal Trainer will tailor your exercise plan to your goals and your body type. You'll burn fat, tone those trouble areas, become stronger and be in and out the doors in under an hour – including shower time!

Childcare

Time at the gym wouldn't be possible sometimes without a babysitter, nanny, a crèche, or a stay-at-home partner. We know you might not be lucky enough to have any of those, so some of our gyms come equipped with qualified child care staff to look after your tiny tots.

Come in for your workout and bring your little ones in for playtime. We love having them as much as we love having you!
